At first I was pleased with the appearance of this tarantula enclosure. However, after installing and placing my GBB strap in its new home, the lid didn't slide as easily as I had hoped. The problem I think is that it's too thin in the grooves and doesn't hold the lid in place and pushes the sides out and then I saw it break. This is a big problem when you need to feed them (tarantulas) and over time the aviary doesn't seem strong enough to do that. Great idea, just wouldn't rely on it for long (not sure I'll be relying on the side walls to guide the lid when the walls are thin). I'm not trying to disparage the product, but now it's time to find a new case with T-Cribs.
