As far as customer service goes; that could be better in my opinion but nothing major here either. There's not much dislikes honestly except maybe some minor bugs when updating an event from one day to another which can cause problems sometimes until they fix them later down the road. This software makes running our property really simple because we don't have so many different platforms or programs anymore than before with other hotel management systems out there.
