Both were great. You have to make sure they are.
I bought two of these. I left the first when I moved out of my previous apartment. Ouch! Both were great. You need to make sure they are installed in the right direction. With both my previous horizontal setup and my current vertical setup, the paper towel roll always comes out of the holder when I push and never when I pull. Replacing a roll is as easy as putting a new roll in place of the old one. Catch an old reel and throw it. Did! When installing, just pay attention to the direction in which the teeth are pointing.
