Review on TOPGREENER Monitoring Tamper Resistant Appliances TGWF15RM by Carlos Barete

I bought four TGWF15RM built-in sockets with WiFi and an energy monitor over five months ago and have just started the installation. These devices will not connect to the network, rendering them unusable. I've made sure the network is a 2.4GHz network, I've tried various things like changing the network channel, creating a different WiFi network on a different router and nothing has worked. Normally I would return them but as it's been over a month I couldn't. I called Topgreener Technical Support and Customer Service on December 27th and 30th, 2019 and received no response which is not a good sign as I was unable to speak to a person, only to the voicemail machine. I've never seen a company have a support number with no representatives to answer the phone. I've waited a while to write this review, but the last straw was that I had no one to talk to about fixing the issue. I wrote them an email. Let's see if they answer. I doubt anyone works for this company, or it works out of a California garage, and it's nothing more than a complicated website. I would recommend buying a different brand. Power monitoring sounded like a nice feature and was a perk, but the power outlets don't work.
