A good product, but having its own defects.
It dissolves poorly in milk, it is excellent in water, but it has sediment (I'm talking about the taste of vanilla ice cream). Personally, I found it very sweet. As for the growth of muscle mass, I did not particularly notice. I will say one thing, the weight did not drop for sure.
