Review on California Car Duster 62557 Super by Misty Myers

The company charges $13.59 to return a defective product! I had three original California dust bags and they worked pretty well. They were wet from the product they had put on them to collect the dust. You had to put them on top of the newspaper to soak up the excess product overnight. Then I decided on Super Duster. When I received it it was dry and I could not smell any product odor. When I ran my hands over them, they were dry, right out of the box. I had a feeling it was a return that someone had washed up and sent to me as 'new product'. After using it on my SUV, it didn't pick up dust, it just moved it around. I sent it back with a description of the defect and they charged me $13.95 in restocking fees even though the website advertised 'free returns'. I paid $37.12 including product tax. They refunded me $23.53. I didn't get my sales tax back!
