I used these fine metal mesh filters and they clogged up after a short time. as the 3 inch was not available and it was too small for the hole. The JOYLIGHT seller emailed me before I tried the product and explained their return/replacement policy and offered a refund if the size was wrong. I arranged the return online and it was fine, but I emailed JOYLIGHT asking if they could notify me when the 3" filter item was in stock. It wasn't available on the Revain website. Joylight replied when it came back and I actually received it today 7 days earlier than expected. The mesh filter is placed under the top of the gutter mesh I use. The quality is very durable and I hope this will reduce the frequency of stair climbing as water cascades down the gutter when the screen is clogged. The company has said you still need to clean the underside from time to time, and that's acceptable. Very happy with the quality of the product (so far), great customer service and fast shipping.
