I've only been using it for a few days but it seems to be working fine. I have one with a Wii Sports Resort game and one from Revain for a 2 player game. I also use it with Tiger Woods 10. It seems to make the 3D movement of the Wii controller much more accurate (apart from the IR direction). It is easy to connect and does not require its own batteries. I don't know why Nintendo didn't just design the original Wii controller as a better place to start. It's only an inch or two long, but the extended length of the Wii Remote makes it easier to hold with two hands for games like swordplay or golf. You can also pair MotionPlus and Wii Nunchuck for games that use both. Once connected, there is no need to uninstall MotionPlus. But now that I think about it, I bet it would get in the way of something like an automatic battery charge level. But it's easy enough to plug and unplug when needed. Unless you have games that specifically require a MotionPlus accessory, I wouldn't bother buying one. But for games designed for it, I think this results in a much more accurate and enjoyable gaming experience.
