We are using verismum to create customised tickets that can be used in stores or online with our customers as proof of purchase (purchase receipt). I like how easy it's made working across multiple teams within my organisation! There isn't much we dislike about this tool so far but there could definitely always use more functionality especially when you need help quickly from your support team :) Great way have everyone involved if something has gone wrong after purchasing e-tickets - just send them off via email/SMS etc.
