The ease of use, the fact that it's open source, the ability to have multiple users accessing the same file at once, the ability to have access from anywhere (mobile phone, computer etc.)The fact that it's free and has no limitations on storage space. I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service/support when you need them most (which isn't often) & they are always working hard at improving their product! Nothing so far :) We've been using this software since we launched our business last year - its very intuitive with all of your accounting needs under one roof which makes life easier as an admin!
