I brought this product and one of the 4 packages is broken. I followed this company's instructions and contacted this company directly instead of Revain for an explanation. The company is in the early stages and has responded to my message. As soon as I asked for a replacement for the defective product, they stopped responding to my request. How is the earth of such a company so rough? Even if you reject me, you have to answer me with a reasonable reason. . They promised in their user menu that they would respond to their defeated product. BUT they didn't. Good goods. but the company is not trustworthy.
