Received Error Code from Day One

Installed easy but getting error code that isn’t documented in manual or online (they just refer you to the manual). Reached out to customer support with Genie 2 weeks ago and no fix yet.

Cons

The Genie SilentMax 1000 opener is not compatible with all types of garage door tracks
