Will not work with 08 E83 3.0si

Check your part before ordering. It looks the same, but it isn't. In my car the entrance and exit are on opposite sides, in this device the entrance and exit are on the same side. I ended up having to remove the motor and piston from the top of the machine and put it back on the factory base. Strongly disappointed.
