This would have been perfect if it weren't for a fatal design flaw. The black rubber lip broke after only 3 normal uses which is unacceptable. The rubber at the transition from the edge to the dust container is too thin. Apparently, applying minimal force just a couple of times is enough for it to tear along the seam. The device still works, but I can only sweep on the good side of the pan because when sweeping, dust gets right under the damaged side. Aside from edge durability, everything else is perfect. The brush is a good size with a comfortable grip and the triangular shape allows it to fit into corners. The bristles are fine enough to sweep up fine dust particles. The serrated teeth on the pan allow you to thoroughly clean the brush, rubbing the brush through your teeth and removing hair, rope and other annoying things that get stuck between the bristles. The lip provides an excellent seal on a flat floor surface and keeps dust from sliding underneath (at least until the lip fails). Until the manufacturer solves the edge splitting problem by thickening the rubber or changing the composition of the rubber compound, I would suggest buying something else.
