By far one of the best massaging products that I have tried. Some of them hurt me a little bit too much or they pinch. Some of them feel like they're riding on my spine or on my bones instead of on my muscle and my tissue. This has different heads that attach easily for different parts of your body. One for an all over massage if you have bad knees my husband has a bad knee and he uses it every night when he gets home from work and he says it has increased the pain relief he hasn't been able to get rid of for a while now.great for next I carry a lot of tension and stress in my neck and in my upper shoulders and my lower back and it has a lower attachment and has a deep tissue massage it is just amazing. It's a little bit heavy after a while but if you have someone else use it on you it's fantastic it is easy to hold. And seems to sit in just the right spot when you use it.
