Likes: Installation was a breeze <2hours ( this was a swapout.) Includes removal of old unit. Quiet…makes old Genie chain drive sound like a car crusher. Old remotes can be reprogrammed…old remotes were 20 years old. Nice radius of remote, door is up before i get there, no waiting. Programming of drive is a snap. Customer service was knowledgeableDislikes: Customer service wait times 2-3 hours, they call you. Possibly underpowered, wait till winter.
