Good figure. The texture is like a popsicle.
We snagged them to make our ice chip business more eco-friendly. I was concerned they would be too flat but I was pleasantly surprised by their shape. Splitting is no worse than a regular popsicle stick. The texture/flavor is about the same as a popsicle. Slightly smaller than a normal plastic spoon.
