Review on Short Quickly Locate Shorts Circuits Measuring & Layout Tools by Michael Boyce

According to my experience, these measuring and layout tools are a complete waste of money. They may have promised to quickly locate shorts circuits, but in reality, they take forever to scan and rarely give accurate results. The only pro to these tools is that they come in a nice case for storage, but unfortunately, that doesn't outweigh their shortcomings. As a DIY enthusiast, I rely on tools and home improvement equipment to get the job done, and these scanners and testers are just not up to par.
