My son asked for this as a gift. It wouldn't be my choice for a gift but he LOVES his new pizza sleeping bag. What I like about this product: a) Washes off like a dream! I've washed it 1/2 dozen times or more. Won't roll, won't shrink, comes out of the dryer like new! b) Very soft! Can be used as a blanket c) Large size! My son is a burly 11 year old. It fits in easily and leaves room for growth. d) It is unique. His friends think his pizza sleeping bag is fun and great for a sleepover. Do not buy this if: A) you are looking for an outdoor sleeping bag, then this is not for you. We go to campsites in all four seasons. It is designed as a home sleeping bag. It can be used as a blanket but does not have a weatherproof cover. I don't notice that negatively, because I love it as a sleeping bag at home! I just want you to understand what you are buying ;).
