I bought this to help sleep at night when I was 6 months pregnant and was very uncomfortable sleeping on my side. So far it's been great for keeping me on my toes without worrying about sagging and ending up on my back in the middle of the night. It expanded immediately as soon as I took it out of the vacuum pack it came in which was nice too, I didn't have to wait for it to fully expand and was able to use it straight away. I use it while sitting on the couch and also at night so it's getting good use and I guess I'll be using it over the months and getting more and more uncomfortable. Would recommend to anyone with back pain as I suffer from it alongside pregnancy as well as pregnant women looking for relief at night.
