Review on 🚿 Chrome Grohe 46374000 by Ricardo Tlaxcalteca

Much easier if you do your homework first!

My Grohe Tenso faucet started dripping at the top near the handle and leaked onto the counter and onto the floor. As you can see one of the black rubber O-rings failed after 14 years. I was able to analyze it after searching for videos on YouTube. Most Grohe faucets will require disassembly first to find the part number unless you are lucky enough to find the exact model on the website. When I looked at the part number, the replacement part looked different. See my photos, the new replacement is now blue. There are some other details that are included for different models. The instructions are drawings but you can figure it out at the end. It took a 32mm deep hex socket, which I found at Home Depot for $10, to remove the cartridge. I hope the new silicone seal is better than rubber o-rings, which seems to be a common failure mechanism. Works great now.
