Every shoe I wear is either a 10.5 or an 11, so I ordered the 11/12.They were way too small, toes cramped, squeezed my in-sole etc. Just generally too small. I followed the attached literature and tried to let them break in. To no avail, still hurt my feet.Never fear, I contacted Rockdove customer service via email and explained the issue. They asked me to send a pic of the bottom of one of the slippers to verify the size.Once I did that, I had a new pair, one size bigger in 3 days via fedex from Rockdove’s customer service at no charge. The fit was great!I can’t speak to the durability, haven’t had them long enough, but customer service was great!
