They do their job.
The only objection I have to these tools is that, as others have pointed out, they don't come with instructions. The short video on Amazon is pretty much useless. I've used similar tools in the past so I got the hang of it pretty quickly, but I still broke a few connectors before I got it right. I can imagine inexperienced people just throwing them away and returning them.
