First it turned red then it started flashing after pressing the bottom part to change color it didn't 😞. Now it won't start at all. I tried it in the car, brought it in and put it in another USB and started flashing red again and turned off, I'll be so disappointed😞 If it's changed. I would be happy with the product because I still wanted it to change to a color other than red. I hate that I spent my money on something that doesn't work, I don't think it was tested before shipping. Customer satisfaction should be a priority if you have a business and you want people to keep coming back. I feel cheated.
