This is a very expensive oil so I would only use it in cases where I need an oil that will not burn or evaporate. This is a professional grade oil designed for industrial applications. Use it when that particular oil is needed. If you are relubricating seals I would recommend GPL106 oil. This is what Ford and some other manufacturers use as OEM equipment. They sell a kit (white lighting?) that has an applicator and 1 ounce of oil for use on car door seals. You really don't need a lot of oil to recoat the seals. As the quantity decreases (from GPL100 to GPS107) the oil becomes thinner. The 200 series is a lubricant and the numbering is the same as oil (also very expensive).
