Fits perfectly! Looks nice!

There is no way a strong wind will loosen this from the spare wheel. 28 inch spare wheel and it fits perfectly. Comfortable to wear, but I wouldn't want it any other way. The material seems durable and we'll see if it holds up to the weather and UV rays. I'm happy and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a great spare tire case without spending a fortune!
