I took these to use as rear bumper lights on my electric club car. I wanted big visible lights that were also low power LEDs. Installation was a challenge as they came with no mounting hardware. The plastic cases are thin and don't appear to be sealed on the inside or outside around the edges. The only place to find sealant is in the wiring harness, which comes out from the center back of the unit and was accidentally applied with hot glue. The lights themselves are LEDs that are placed on two large circuit boards with a few inconspicuous components. The LEDs are positioned to align with the silver reflector in the red housing. The clear window (rear), yellow arrow and red taillight are all separate plastic panels located inside the main body. Also these floating panels fit well and are held in place but have no seal around them. The wiring is fairly simple, but the operation is not. Parking lights and brake lights are very difficult to distinguish from each other, with only a small change in brightness. I've also found that trying both at the same time actually causes the light to get *darker*, which is the opposite of what one would expect. This means you will need either a two position brake light switch or an inverted brake light for the standard RV if you want to use running lights. In my set, one of the two had a single LED (into the reverse light) but it would be too much work to send it back and get a replacement. I expect some to fail in the first year. Luckily there are several per turn signal and they tend to illuminate the area where they are thanks to the reflector. I also noticed that the LED colors matched the plastic. Even without the plastic disc, the reversing lights are white, the indicators are yellow and the brakes are red. Not what I was expecting as I expected it would be cheaper to use a generic white/amber LED for all and have the lens filtered. Overall it's good for the price. Note however that they are not at all waterproof and may not be ideal electrically if you intend to use them fully for a car trailer unless your tractor turns off the running lights when braking. (Many don't.)
