Very comfortable, flattering
Dresses with high waisted, flared skirts don’t always fit me well and look good but this was very nice looking and very comfortable. It was a soft enough fabric that it didn’t bother my skin (which is rather sensitive) and is mid-weight, so it would be warm enough in winter with a jacket and probably cool enough into late spring.
