Ideal for hands with little to no wrist support.

This is a great product to prevent material from coming off the palms. Recently started CrossFit in the last 6 months. The bar on the rig really hit me. They also took 1 class to get used to. In the end they fit well on my hands. However, the wrist strap isn't the best. Just because the velcro doesn't stretch as far doesn't mean it doesn't support the wrist very well. All in all, if you're just making a bar, this is a great product. Would have given 4 stars if it wasn't advertised as a wrist brace.
