Since I've known ratchet straps, I've only worn them. This particular mesh belt is a more casual ratchet belt that I particularly want to wear while golfing. The ratchet allows me to infinitely adjust the tension of the strap so it's tight enough to hold me in my shirt without being too tight. It's easy to cut the belt to length and attach it to the buckle. What I particularly like about this belt buckle are the tension spikes and buckle release systems. I usually only wear leather belts, but this mesh belt goes well with my casual khaki/beige shorts and trousers.
