Useful but use properly
These are great. I use them both as ankle and wrist weights depending on the exercise I am doing. Make sure you use them properly though. I had them on on a couple of days while jogging and I thought I was fine, but a few days later I started getting piercing pain in my Teres muscles. It took two weeks after I stopped using the weights for the pain to go away.
- Can be worn after injury to aid in recovery and prevent further injury
- May not be effective for people who have physical disabilities or limitations
