Relatively easy installation

The installation took me about 4 hours. What you'll need besides basic hand tools: Salamander jack (a type that can easily slide under a vehicle) SawzallJigsawTrouble light The jack is handy for getting under the car. Place it under the rear differential and you'll have the space you need for an easier install. Use a jack on the frame (side) to increase the distance between the leaf spring and the frame for installation. It helps a lot to remove the spare tire. Take a few minutes to do this and you'll save yourself a headache. Mystery: The top plate that fits between the top of the airbag and the frame was misaligned and had to be modified - more room for the threaded rod. An airbag is required at the top. I bought a Y splitter so I only have one inflation valve for both springs. However, no decision is made on this issue, as a friend questioned the bags' ability to withstand the car's roll around corners. Instead of resisting compression, a collapsible bag simply moves air out of it and into another bag (to be filled). We have a journey ahead of us and we just have to see how it goes. It's easy enough to remove the splitter and use an extra valve (included). Assembly: If you have the right tools, you can easily assemble the airbag and adjust it on site. Fit and secure everything in place. The instructions include labeling the packaging and removing it; Phew, too much pain. I made the left side using the instructions and then made the right side by putting it back in place - much, much easier. A thin 9/16" socket wrench fits into the nut at the bottom of the bag and you should be able to tighten it that way.

Cons
