One of the four handles is defective and cannot be replaced.

One of the four handles will not open. Inserts and rotates as it should, but the handle doesn't rotate. The other three work perfectly. I need all four locks locked with the same key. When I want to exchange the kit, it says that the product is not available. Ordering a pen doesn't work for me as I need them with the same buttons. This is the second time I have had to return an order. The first time they sent me a pen by mistake instead of the set of 4 I ordered. Oops, things didn't go well. I wonder if they have a customer service department reading this. If so, can they send me a lock if I give the appropriate key code.
