The ability for our agents in India who are remote from customers all over Canada (and vice versa) has been amazing! They can see what they're doing at any given time with no lag or delay between them speaking into their headset/mic versus seeing it when we have someone else nearby so not missing anything important. It's hard sometimes as I'm located here where everyone works together but still need this support team back home - even though there isn't much difference since both teams work remotely most of the day anyway. This really helps us keep track if something goes wrong anywhere along the way without having anyone physically present.
