It is very easy to use, but sometimes there seems to be an issue with some reports not loading properly when viewing them in Adobe Acrobat. The customer service can be slow at times. This program allows us to keep track of our inventory, as well as the number of items sold each day. We also get other reports such as sales trends that help to better manage our business.
