Based on my observations these farrier trimmers may as well be classified as pet supplies. They are not durable enough to withstand continuous use on horses and tend to dull quickly .While the design is ergonomic, it doesnt make up for the lack of effectiveness in trimming. The only pro is the affordable price, but you get what you pay for. Consistently having to replace these trimmers makes them not worth the investment in the long run..
