Really well made for what it is
Installed 10 of these American style vents in the soffits of my newly renovated garage. Very nicely finished, thick-walled aluminum with a strong insect screen on the inside. Just drill a 4 inch hole and slide them in. Three clips in the rim hold the vent in place with friction (but you still need to put some sealant or glue around the edge of the lip). I have no doubt that they will last a long time. good for a long time. There are so many things of this nature these days - cheap junk. It's honestly nice to see someone still making quality basic hardware.
