I wanted to love this
Cons:- Does not hold temperature long. I had another similar product that had some flaws that this one corrected but this head pack does not get cold enough or stay cold as long as other products that I've used and for me, that is a deal breaker. I need an icy cold pack that will stay cold long enough for the medicine to kick in.Pros:- Safe velcro that doesn't stick to your hair- Nice shape that hits all the right spots and comfortable- Comes with a freezer bag to protect it from smells and keep it clean

- Can be too cold and uncomfortable for some users
