The Caran DAche NeoColor pastels are my go-to for creating vivid artwork. Based on my observations, these pastels are the perfect blend between painting and drawing .Theyre easy to blend, even for beginners and the end result is always eye-catching. Additionally, they're soluble, allowing me to experiment with creating different textures. The only slight drawback is that they do tend to wear down quite quickly, but that's to be expected from a good quality art supply. Overall, i absolutely love using these pastels for my arts AND crafts projects..
