This set was anticipated by my hubby. I picked the bundle in the hopes of getting games and a subscription. When the package was opened, neither a game nor a subscription could be found. My question: "Do I need to take a second loan?" was answered by the support service when I called them: "The product will have to be returned and a new one purchased." "Maybe" was the reply. I enter the business in utter disbelief at the job being done inside. Before then, everything was great with the equipment order. The overall impression is severely damaged here. I won't be shopping there anymore, and I'll tell others to avoid it.
