To me, chambray usually means a mid-weight cotton fabric that can be used for a casual button-down shirt. That, friends, is not my chambray. Of course, these sheets have some white woven threads mixed in with a colorway that's slightly reminiscent of a men's button-down shirt, but they're made entirely of polyester. There isn't a single piece of cotton in them. Of course, if I had read the details more carefully or guessed from the price, I would have figured it out sooner and spared myself the horror that synthetic sheets have. I curse the madman who invented synthetic sheets and is trying to slowly dismantle civilization one king bed at a time.
