Review on K&N Cold Air Intake Kit for 2015-2019 Volkswagen: Boost Horsepower and Performance with 69-9506TTK by Manuel Gfx

Pros: The power gain is real (not just torque but horsepower, RPMs increase faster) and I think that's K&N's claim 100% for this product. Burning rubber is easier now, and the car sounds turbocharged now, but it's NOT REALLY loud. Neighbors driving in 1st and 2nd gear are still quiet enough to sneak up on elderly people with too many dogs and not disturb them. But at full lift you hear your exhaust valve and some engine roar (which sounds different than the fake GTI engine sound). Cons: There is a small picture in the instructions showing how to install the L-Bracket for the down tube. It's a tiny, crappy picture, printed in black and white. Just remember that the long L side should be in the up position as this increases the adjustment range of the down tube. One reviewer commented that the kit felt too short. Maybe that was the problem. My set fits perfectly. Conclusion: This is the best you can do for so little money and a very simple installation. This is K&N at its finest.
