That's called an envelope pillow case. However, the very small flap that needs to be on the outside to enclose the edge of the case to close the pillow inside the case is on the inside edge. The pillowcase does not close well. It opens and the pillow comes out of the cover when you use the pillow. I made a lot of pillowcases and make sure there is enough fabric to fold over the edge to properly seal the inside of the pillow. The fabric of these pillowcases creases when washed. I didn't realize how poorly made they were until I washed them and placed them on travel pillows. The only way to smooth them out is to pet them. I would like to return them but I washed them and didn't keep the packaging they came in.
