This is a great little carbon monoxide alarm, but it doesn't warn me as often as I'd like. I bought this as a personal carbon monoxide alarm as I work as an HVAC technician and am constantly going into homes and checking basements and basements for HVAC issues. The only thing it has for alarms is a small LED on the top that flashes when it's over a part per million. There is no audible alarm or vibration. For the same price, other personal detectors vibrate and beep, which is far more valuable to me because when I'm busy I'm not looking at my carbon monoxide detector, I'm busy at work. So it's a nice little device, but I've brought a personal detector that will properly alert me when I'm in danger so I can take appropriate action.
