Use a kapok pillow instead
The material gave me a headache and the pillow is not very firm. The outer layer is like cotton but I don't know what the inner layer is made of. I think that made me sick. Instead, I recommend buying a kapok pillow. It has never let me down; I don't know why I tried something else.
