I like Kreg tools but have been very disappointed lately. This is the second time I have purchased a tool that is missing parts. Drill, I can't just use any drill, it's a custom size. I only received it 10 minutes ago, I was waiting for it to finish the job. Now I have to return it and wait for a new one so I can complete my customer order before the deadline. A company like Kreg needs to be a little more reliable. For them, a bad rating is not a big deal. I'm a small business owner and when my customer writes a bad review because I didn't deliver their order on time, that's a big problem. Thank you Creg for not checking your item before packing.
