DO NOT BUY! We bought it a year ago and it was installed by a technician although it is plug and play. The first year was fine, then two weeks ago something went wrong and this is where everything went wrong in terms of customer service and equipment quality. The first time all four cameras failed after a few hours I was able to get them working again, but I'm not sure what I did to make that happen. The next day it all went off again and this time I couldn't get it to start again. I contacted their support team who are almost impossible to reach as they don't have an available number to call. After just two weeks of email correspondence, they sent me a number to call, but calls to the US were limited from 8pm to midnight. Every day I received an email from their support team asking me to try something, almost as a joke. It might work after a minute of try. When I email them back it doesn't work, I have to wait 24 hours for another information that didn't work. After two weeks I asked for a number to call and only then did they provide a number which the representative I spoke to spoke hardly any English and made me do everything I had done for the past two weeks, one by one email day. They then said an engineer would contact me via email. I got an email from the engineers they said maybe my electrical system in my house has failed and I need to replace it......yes I will be replacing my entire electrical panel - so why 24 hours on another useless one wait for information? I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service having bought this system and paid someone to install it and completely broke it after less than a year of operation. came with a guarantee; Since then I've been planning to cut it out and install one of those systems. DO NOT buy this, you won't like it or what you will experience if it fails after a year. It's not worth the money or the hassle of their customer support (if you can figure out how to contact them). In the attached image you can see only the cameras went out however the dash cam was still working but recording a blank screen for four cameras.
