I saw my grandparents get rid of Alzheimer's. I wish I could find something similar for her. They were always fiddling with things, and some of them weren't that sure about playing. This pillow feels very secure and is very soft and light. Heavy things can be a real challenge for them as they really lose muscle density from spending so much time just sitting. I am currently using this with my toddler who I suspect has ADHD. Her father has ADHD and she is already showing some signs of ADHD. She's only 2 years old so they didn't try to diagnose but we'll see. I found that she only really likes part of the pillow effect, but I think it's a very personal thing and each person who uses it will have their own opinion on which part they like best. In general, the pillow is very soft and offers many different activities.
