Review on 🎨 Colormetrics Gray Putty Butyl Tape - Single Roll, 1/8 inch x 1 inch x 30 feet by Johnny Nguyen

I've used other types of butyl tape in the past and this option is terrible. The waxed paper backing does not peel cleanly from the tape and often pulls the butyl tape away from the applied surface OR stretches it when attempting to remove the backing. This wastes a lot of tape as it will either stick to itself or you will have to reapply it in places where it was too flimsy. I think the band itself is fine, it's just the back side. I also don't think it's quite 1/8 inch as stated in the description. More like 3/32" or 1/16".
