Review on WOSPORTS Mini Trail Camera - 16MP 1080P Waterproof Game Hunting Cam with Night Vision for Wildlife Monitoring and Hunting by John Kennedy

This is an initial review of the WOSPORT Mini Trail Cam which I purchased in November 2020 for around $41. A few years ago I bought another branded small form factor camera similar to this one from Revain, this camera is now about double the price of this one so I decided to give this one a try. Read Manuel! You will never understand how to set up your camera without reading the manual.2. After reading the manual, insert a standard size SD card, insert 4 AA batteries and set the switch to AIM.3. When the switch is set to AIM, you can use the up/down arrow keys to navigate through the configuration, you use the OK key to select an item and set the configuration item.4. Read the manual, the first four items are time/date, on the last date page select photos, 1/3 or video, the next item is the delay interval, followed by the camera ID 1-99, then the image quality. , de FY resets the camera to factory settings, FO rY formats the SD card.5. For this price you get some high quality photos at a relatively good price. The time/date stamp is tiny but if you put it on a big screen you can see it.6. I used it indoors for a first test and then set it up where I feed a couple of feral cats, see photo 7. A little worried about water ingress, the seal doesn't seem really watertight, I'll update this later. 8th. If you don't need the date/time stamp, you can insert the batteries and SD card, format the card, install the camera and turn on the switch, and you'll get photos.9. The bonus is that it comes with some nice mounts. I like the pull strap because I usually use it on deer spotting trails, but the mounting kit allows for a stronger mount.10. The lid latches seem cheap, I'll see how they hold up along with the weather seals over the next few months and try to update this review. Overall this is a good budget trail camera.
